TV and film writers can return to work as soon as tomorrow, now that an agreement has been reached on waste emissions for new media
Almost fifteen weeks, the Writers Guild of America (WGA) launched the second strike by workers in their 56-year history. The union said the 0.33 percent in dollars on waste permanent Internet downloads “unacceptable”, the struggle with the demands that writers should pay royalties to the Internet at all airs of written works.

The letter also asks whether or not picketing yesterday until today was the vote.
The website WGA provide any information about the terms of the proposed contract. However, the Agence France Presse says that the new contract would pay writers a flat rate of $ 1200 per year for the one-hour episodes streaming over the Internet during the first two years. In the third year the writers get 2% of the revenue generated by the flow episode.
