Dell ships 24-inch LCD 2408WFP with DisplayPort.

Dell launched its second with an integrated screen DisplayPort, Dell Ultrasharp 2408WFP. If the 2408WFP sounds familiar, it’s because the image was first announced in December 2007 and has just started shipping this week.
The screen has a 24-inch screen and a response time of 6ms typical. The contrast ratio is 3000:1 dynamic up on the screen and is capable of producing 110% of the color gamut. The exhibition is the native resolution of 1920 x 1200 and it can display at full resolution and 1080p.
The tone pixel of the screen is 0.27mm and is the 400cd/m2 brightness. Angles of vision of 178 degrees horizontally and vertically, and the panel is coated with one in the anti-reflection and shine. Connectivity options include the aforementioned DisplayPort, DVI-D with HDCP, S-video, composite, component and HDMI.
Dell said that the monitor can be adjusted in height over 100 mm of travel and turn 45 degrees left and right. The screen also can tilt 21 degrees forward and back 3 degrees. Four port USB hub is built in along with a 9-in-2 memory card reader and a port security Kensington.
The 2408WFP measures 15.62-19.56 inches high x 22.04 inches wide x 8.17 inches deep and weighs 21.74 pounds. The Dell 2408WFP will retail for $ 699. The 24-inch 2408WFP will sit below the previously launched 30-inch Dell 3008WFP that the sale for $ 1999.
