One again, newest technology at chip memory. Recently researcher from America and Italia develop memory made from virus in semiconductor materials that called with Quantum Dots. Nevertheless, this is not the first time this technology introduced.

The making of memory is oculative virus to microscopic semiconductor and make a reaction chain in nanoscale that can accommodate digital information.

Then, that virus laided in a matrix polymer and composed between two electrode conductions. The result, every unit can operate as memory that can be switch between high and low via power tuning.

Virus that used Cowpea Mosaic Viruses (CPMV), a plants virus not dangerous for human.

This memory will belong to “non-volatile” that means data that kept inside will not lost although in a state out of electricity.
